Kunming Information Hong Kong News reporter Gan Lingfei On May 25th, the unveiling ceremony of the Perceptual China social practice activity Artificial Intelligence + X and the Chinese Government Scholarship for International Students Social Practice and Cultural Experience Base was held in Kunming. 100 Chinese government scholarships from Thailand, Bangladesh, Afghanistan, Nigeria, Mongolia and other countries to participate in the event.

At the ceremony, Duan Yanzi, deputy secretary of the Party branch of the International College of Kunming University of Science and Technology, and Zhao Peijie, chairman of Guorong Zhichuang Artificial Intelligence Industrial Park, jointly unveiled the social practice and cultural experience base for Chinese government scholarship students studying in China.

The Chinese Government Scholarship Social Practice and Cultural Experience Base for International Students in China aims to integrate the resources of social practice and cultural experience bases for international students from China, to determine and build a number of national educational platforms for social practice and cultural experience bases for foreign students in China. The base helps Chinese students studying in China understand and learn about China s national conditions and culture by organizing visits, experiences, lectures, academic exchanges, cultural performances and social practices of Chinese students studying in China. Serving the overall situation of national education and foreign affairs.

During the event, international students visited the Belt and Road Initiative for International Students Innovation and Entrepreneurship, experienced artificial intelligence, face recognition, AR digital museum, VR system, etc., and also learned more about the 115kV modernization project of the Laos capital Vientiane, Kachin State, Myanmar Overseas application cases of industrial automation control systems such as the connection project between the north and the 230KV national power grid, and the auxiliary control system design, manufacturing, transportation, and service of the Paco PAKE Hydropower Project in Vietnam .

Through the activities, international students not only gained a deep understanding of the beauty of words, utensils, and beauty in Chinese aesthetics, but also experienced the achievements of China s high-tech enterprise development and technological innovation, and deepened the communication between schools and enterprises. Contacts have expanded the possibilities for international students to enter business internships, school-enterprise cooperation, and more.
